May has been a lot.
Schedules, school events, decisions, transitions, emotions—yours and everyone else's.
And if you're like most women I talk to, you're already bracing for the next wave: summer.

Summer break.
Summer routines.
Summer "balance."
(Whatever that means.)

But before you sprint into planning mode, I want to offer something different:
Pause. Reflect. Reset.


We Don't Just Need a New Schedule—We Need a New Story

A story where:

  • You get to choose your pace.

  • You make space for your own goals (even with kids at home).

  • You don’t abandon your wellness, your boundaries, or your peace in the name of “being flexible.”

The truth?
You don’t have to earn rest by doing more first.
And you don’t have to wait for “perfect conditions” to prioritize yourself.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is stop—
Take a breath.
Take inventory.
And ask: What do I actually want summer to feel like?


🔄 Reset: A Mini-Reflection to Start Fresh

You don’t need a full life overhaul. Just a check-in.

Ask yourself:

  1. What energized me this spring?

  2. What drained me?

  3. What do I want more of this summer?

  4. What do I want less of?

  5. What’s one small habit or support I could add to protect my peace?

Write it down.
Say it out loud.
Talk it through with someone who gets it.
