These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of coaching services available on our Site.

The services will be paid for in full when ordered unless otherwise stated in the specific program terms.
All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images, as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all services provided. You agree to purchase coaching services from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order whenever necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will refund based on your contract liabilities. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method to verify receipt of any refund.

Subscriptions
Your subscription to any ongoing coaching service or program will automatically renew, and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you wish to cancel your subscription.

Cancellation is available at any time with 30 days' notice.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods on our Site:

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use and access to the payment method you have chosen. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment method.

By providing your phone number and/or email address, you agree to receive communications, including SMS (text) messages and email, regarding your account, coaching sessions, or other services related to your use of the Site. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of receiving these messages at any time by texting "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
We are committed to ensuring compliance with all regulations concerning SMS and email communications, including but not limited to A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging requirements. You agree to provide accurate contact information and only send communications that are compliant with these regulations.
Consumer Protection Law
Where the Consumer Protection Act or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation.
